Hi, I’m Wendimere Reilly, RDN as primary care dietitian nutritionist who is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals so that they can live their best life!
I’ve been working at Urban Health, a primary care medical office, for the past three years and I take insurance, whenever possible. It give me great pain to tell someone, “I’m sorry, Medicare won’t cover your visit.” Many patients think that I get to make that decision.
Trust me, as dietitians, we think EVERYONE should have access to our services, regardless of their health status. Good nutrition saves sooo much money in the long run.
In my opinion, it is the best ROI in the health system. So, I started this blog to spread the message and hopefully inspire others to help me bring better health to more people.
Thrilled to announce that in addition to Urban Health, I am also now seeing Medicare Advantage patients at Orlando Family Physicians. If you are looking for a new primary care medical office that believes prevention is the best medicine, we loved to have you join our practice. You do need to be a patient of the practice to have a visit with me.
